terminal block performance testing process

Terminal shape looks simple, but the terminal must also undergo rigorous

A mechanical performance test
An object of the torque test (Tightening Torque Test) test is to test the

4 , the mechanical strength test (Mechanical Strength Test) The purpose of

5 , the mechanical life test (Fatigue Test) Mechanical life purpose is to

test the elastic component test terminals , can withstand a certain number

of plug or other mechanical operations use, such as compression and

release the spring-loaded terminal buttons. If the elastic element to the

terminal after the test assembly , the mechanical and electrical

performance should meet the requirements , it is qualified .

A contact resistance test (CONtactResistance) contact resistance test is a

should be less than a certain value .
2, the power frequency voltage withstand test (Power-Frequency Withstand

Voltage Test) frequency voltage withstand test is to test whether the

order of the terminal housing provisions should be transient or short-time

flashover phenomenon .
3 , impulse withstand voltage test (Impulse Withstand Voltage Test impulse

4, the voltage drop test (Voltage Drop Test) is a dynamic contact voltage

5, the temperature rise test (Temperature Rise Test) test is a test

exceed the specified value , usually UL standard terminals through the

current , the temperature rise should not exceed the ambient temperature

6 , high and low electrical performance test (Electrical Performance Test)

test is a test without electrical performance during normal use, the
